E-Learning Process When you enroll in an online course, you’ll be studying the same course topics and materials as class room course participants but here you’ll have the flexibility to organize your coursework around your other commitments and obligations. Courses offered are developed and taught by practicing professionals. Your online facilitator’s instruction on the online course website will guide you through the course topics, quizzes, assignments and learning activities. If you need supporting materials or assistance with researching a topic, you can get help from our online learning facilitators. If you need help accessing your online course website or interacting with your facilitator you can contact online help for technical assistance. The course facilitator creates and facilitates discussion topics and other online activities. Online interactions are usually a large part of the course experience. Students participate in ongoing discussions by posting questions/ideas and receiving feedback from the facilitators and classmates. You may take part in Case studies and scenario role plays as part of some learning activities. The courses are run mostly online with online facilitor and requires regular access to the Internet with a good connection. Facilitators There will be two types of facilitators. An online facilitator who will guide students through the online sessions and mark the assignments and a facilitator who will coach and mentor student via phone or video conference or Instant Message or email and provide feedback on lessons. In a second step they sort out the best results. The topic to be discussed should be clearly defined in advance and Mentor/Facilitator will lead the discussion. Benefits: Profit from the motivational aspect of sharing and train collaborative skills.
